The objective of this short film on Talking Local Food and Drink is to provide an interesting, instructive and light-hearted approach to the promotion of Powys Food and Drink by staff working in hospitality outlets. The film is meant to be fun but a serious way of increasing sales and enhancing customer service. All the techniques are easy to do, they should be championed by one person in the business and cascaded to everyone else in the business. How to use this film: – You and your team can watch this film and observe the simple techniques used – Think of how to use the same techniques in your business – This will lead to increased customer service and increased revenues for your business – It takes only 10 minutes to watch This film has been produced by Glasu as part of the Mid Wales Local Food Talks programme with funding through the Rural Development Plan for Wales 2007-2013, which is funded by the Welsh Assembly Government and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.
